Even though humans have been using analogies to communicate and problem solve since the time humans first walked the Earth, the company founders, Drs. Sifonis & Chen, have developed a new structured methodology for using analogies to help businesses rethink, redesign and reinvent their business processes, products, and services.
Their approach is based on years of research and applications in real corporate settings and their methodology is continuously being refined and tested in both business settings and research laboratories.
The findings of this basic and applied research are then integrated into a variety of engaging and educational workshops. These workshops are designed to enhance workshop participants’ ability to successfully and creatively navigate the rapidly changing economic and market forces that affect all businesses.
